Anil K. Monga is a visionary leader whose dedication spans the realms of business innovation, community service, and philanthropy. DBCT began its journey in 1996 with a mission of service to humanity, extending support to underserved communities and focusing on hunger alleviation, healthcare, skill development, and social welfare programs that directly benefit countless individuals and families. Mr. Monga's more than 100 trips to India from New York and steadfast belief in serving humanity and self-reliance have fueled the organization's projects, particularly the initiatives highlighted below.
Brahmbbog – Hunger Alleviation. For three decades, Brahmbbog has been providing access to a wholesome, nutritious meal every day and has served more than 30 million meals to nurture the most needy souls. It is currently serving 20,000 meals a day in Delhi and Punjab, including direct service to schools with variously-abled children, several hospitals like AIIMS, RML, and Safdarjung, and slums through 11 food trucks. Brahmbbog is on target to reach 30,000 meals daily within this year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, DBCT served more than 4.2 million meals within twelve weeks to those who were starving to death due to lockdown.
Margdarshan – Livelihood. The program at Margdarshan identifies and activates the talents of young adults by educating them in various fields and placing them into relevant jobs. Meaningful employment acts as a vital restraint on the drug crisis in Punjab and is transforming lives of those who are at risk of falling into crime. 85% of Margdarshan’s students are young females, ages 18-25 years old. Each female whom we train and put to work in a well-paying job is now able to secure the livelihood of her entire family, liberating not only them but also their future generations from the cycle of poverty. Margdarshan has successfully trained and placed more than 11,000 students so far.
Karma Healthcare – Medical Service. Doctors and nursing staff travel in five ambulances directly into the slums and provide access to medicine, routine check-ups, and emergency service. Between 800 and 1,000 people are checked and given medicine daily. Since its inception, millions of people in need have benefited from free medical camps and services. More than 500 general surgeries have been facilitated so far in collaboration with over 25 specialized hospitals, at much subsidized rates or even free for those who do not have the resources and/or access to such facilities.
Heavenly Palace – Senior Citizen Home. As one of the largest senior citizen homes in India, it provides a hospitable and peaceful environment with amenities for the elderly to enjoy during the sunset days of their lives. It currently houses 500+ seniors. Spanning 19 acres in a serene setting along the riverside, Heavenly Palace has over 600 luxury rooms and suites, along with a 10,000 square-foot hygienic dining hall equipped with steam-cooked nutritious meals, an entertainment area, an auditorium with a 500-seat capacity, lush green lawns for yoga, and round-the-clock security. A dedicated medical facility with doctors and ambulances is on call 24/7. To accommodate senior citizens who are homeless, another 150-bed facility opened this year under the name Joyful Living.
Heavenly Angels – Children's Home. It is an orphanage that creates a loving family environment for homeless and abandoned children. Through nurturing and loving care, these children are inspired to lead fulfilling and productive lives. The home currently cares for 150+ Angels, in a facility built to house 350+.
Global Peace & Harmony Initiative. A Divine Light is being illuminated to promote peace, harmony, and unity among all communities – every race, ethnicity, and creed. The mission of this initiative is to make this world full of happiness and free from hunger and suffering. The success of these programs is a testament to Mr. Monga's dedication to honoring and supporting sections of abandoned children and seniors, putting them together to create a healthier society.

Anil k. Monga, born in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. After great success as Textile distrubtion business in India, he immigrated to New York in 1986.
- In New York, he started distribution of fine fragrances and established Victory International Companies. His company distribute perfume more than 30,000 retail stores.
- In 2005, he statrted Condominiums business in Florida and purchased Holiday Inn of 176 rooms.
- He established the Heavenly Palace, Senior Citizen Care by DBC Trust (Regd.) which is registered under the Societies Act is currently a 400 room facility z 5-star ambience nestling over 14 acres of lush green lawns and pollution-free environs.
- DBCT continues to provide excellent service to the area with the opening of the Heavenly Palace Home for Senior Citizens situated in Doraha, district of Ludhiana (Punjab) since 1996.
- We at Dream & Beauty Charitable Trust have a five point mission:
- Brahmbogh - Alleviation of hunger for migrant labor (serving 3,000 meals per day, with target to reach 50,000 per day)
- Karma Hospital - Health Care for the least fortunate (mobile medical services sent directly into slums daily)
- Margdarshan - Employment training and placement in the workforce for the underprivileged youth from the slums and villages, especially the girl child.
- Heavenly Palace - Care for the elderly.
- Heavenly Angels - An orphanage for homeless children
