PRIME TIME SHUTTLE has been providing quality airport ground transportation service in Southern California since 1984. PRIME TIME quickly became the company that could be depended on to pick you up "On Time" from your home, office or hotel.
After college studies, Mr. Rattan Joea landed a driving job with a Shuttle
Company to transport passengers from and to the airport at Los Angeles.
During this time he was dreaming to have his own business. In 1992
he purchased his first van and started his own company “Prime
Time Shuttle”. Then onward he never looked back and builds
an empire of over 200 vans.
In 1999 he got an idea and approached Supper Shuttle his competitor.
Together they proposed to the Airport Authorities to regulate the
shuttle business. In other words the shuttle company must be approved
by the Airport Authorities. The vehicles must be properly insured
