Franchise Owners Association of Southern California ( FOAC) was founded by Joe Saraceno in 1978 and has provided limitless help and assistance to many 7-Eleven franchisees for more than 31 years. FOA is the largest Franchise organization with a total of 400 Convenient 7-Eleven Stores, most of them owned by Punjabis, from India. Imagine how many people they have managed to employ through these 400 Convenient Stores and what a Great Franchise Organization it is.
The achievements of Mr. Bhullar are beyond just being a Business Owner. He plays an active role in the Gurudwara for the past many years and is appreciated and respected in the community. I often wondered why the majority of the business world is captured by certain communities and why can the Indians not be the Business Controlling community? Mr. Nachhattar Bhullar has done just that.
There are quite a few others who have also achieved a name in the business world like Mr. Narinder Dhillon and Baldev Singh who are also a Franchisee.
