S.C. AGRAWAL SWORN-IN AS CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF PUNJAB RIGHT TO SERVICE COMMISSION
CHANDIGARH, MARCH 26: Mr. S.C. Agrawal was today sworn-in as Chief Commissioner of Right to Service Commission, Punjab, in a brief but impressive ceremony at held at Punjab Raj Bhawan. The Punjab Governor Mr. Shivraj V Patil administered the oath of Office and Allegiance to Constitution to Mr. Agrawal.

Earlier, the Chief Secretary Mr. Rakesh Singh sought the permission of the Governor to start swearing-in ceremony. Soon after being sworn-in as Chief Commissioner of Right to Service Commission, Mr.
S.C. Agrawal signed the oath paper that was counter-signed by the Governor. The ceremony concluded with National Anthem.
Besides family members and friends of Mr. Agrawal, senior civil and police officers, from Punjab and Haryana, members of newly constituted Right to Service Commission congratulated Mr. Agrawal after swearing-in ceremony,
