Property 2005 in UK and UAE by CREDAI

(Confederation of Real Estate Developer of India)
said, The success of the exhibition has reaffirmed
our faith in the NRI communities investment
interest in real estate in India with wide spectrum
of quality options in housing and commercial segment.
The magnitude of business dealings, during the exhibition
surpassed our expectations and we believe that it
will attract even greater participation in the coming
years.
- In UK, more than 3000 NRI visitors thronging the
booths of 24 developers and 2 home finance institutions.
- In Dubai, more than 15,000 NRIs turnout over
the 3-day period of the exhibition. Property
2005 was inaugurated by Y. K. Sinha, Indian
Consul General, in Dubai.
With the success of both exhibitions, G. P. Savlani,
Resident Director, CREDAI said, We hope our
endeavour in bringing all the players of real estate
under one roof will result in achieving our prime
vision of bringing prosperity to everyone.
The exhibition, which is an annual feature from CREDAI,
provides an excellent opportunity for NRIs (Non-Residential
Indians) to explore various properties and housing
finance options on offer in India. There is a distinct
perception change amongst NRI (Non-Resident Indians)
in both UK and UAE; most seem committed to investing
in Indian Real Estate."
CREDAI recently has endorsed most prestigious
Real Estate exhibitions and conferences in the world
namely Annual Real Estate Investment World Asia 2005
and Conference by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS)
to be held at The Grand Hyatt, Singapore from June
27-29, 2005 and Hotel Nikko, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
on June 30 and July 1, 2005 simultaneously.
CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate
Developer's Association of India) is the apex
body of the organized real estate developers/builders
across India. 18 state/city level association viz.
Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Goa,
Gujrat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh,
Maharastra, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamilnadu,
Uttar Pradesh & West Bengal spread over across
17 states of India are members of CREDAI with over
