PNC Menon traveled to Oman in 1976 at the invitation
of Brig. Gen. Suleiman Al Adawy to explore business
opportunities in the country. Over the years Services
& Trade became synonymous with the world class
quality in interior decoration. Quality is a passion
with PNC Menon and has been the driving force in
his endeavors. Today Services & Trade's craftsmanship
adorns five star hotels, prestigious villas and
palaces in Oman, UAE and Qatar.
In 1994 PNC Menon decided to turn his attention to
India, It was after all Indian's who achieved international
quality levels all over the Middle East. Armed with
the confidence that quality would succeed, Sobha Developers
began construction of residential apartments. The
operation consisted of relocating professionals across
the Arabian Sea to ensure that quality standards were
met. The results have been obvious - today Sobha Developers
Pvt. Ltd. is recognized as the leading quality builder
of Bangalore. There have been other successes too
- including many projects for Infosys.
PNC Menon is passionate about quality. His business
philosophy focuses clearly on benchmarking with the
best and following the quality route to success.
PNC Menon believes that every individual needs to
make a contribution to society - his contribution
being the inculcation of the spirit of perfection.
He believes that once he sets the lead others will
