(NBW) issued by a Mumbai court against the gutka baron
Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal in connection with his
alleged nexus with the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.

saying he had cooperated with the CBI in the investigations
of underworld nexus case.

Dhariwal's son, had challenged a Bombay High Court
order refusing to stay the NBW issued against his
father by the Mumbai police On March 11, the court
was assured that Mr. Dhariwal would visit India on
April 4 and appear before the CBI since he was cited

CBI and had reportedly denied any links with the underworld
saying that it was only allegations. CBI registered
