It is the story of a NRI couple of guys who have lived in UK all their life and now step their feet in Punjab, the place where their roots lie. The two backdrops are completely in contrast to each other and how these two boys see people and how they see them in return is what forms the crux of the story. It revolves around the theme of generation gap and culture clash.

Jimmy Sheirgil is very busy shooting for his next Punjabi film in Chandigrah. Titled ‘Munde UK De’, the film brings him back with his ‘Yaaran Naal Bahaaran’ director, Manmohan Singh.

Jimmy is playing a leading role and said: The film is a feel good entertainer with embellished with a lot of light hearted as well as romantic moments. I have been stationed in Chandigrah for close to a month now and thoroughly enjoying my shoot. Also, for the character I play, I have gone through a makeover by sporting spiked hair and also developed a slight accent

Jimmy Sheirgil is a good actor but his 11 movies flops in a row, any leading man would have contemplated calling it quits. Manmohan Singh, is a director of Punjabi films. He also works as a Cinematographer of Bollywood films. He had worked in movies like Darr, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Dil toh Pagal Hai and Mohabbatien. He directed his first film in 1994, named Pehla Pehla Pyar. His first movie was in Hindi, but he is well known for his Punjabi Family movies. His punjabi movies hits like ‘Mitti Waajan Mardi’, ‘Dil Apna Punjabi’, ‘Asa Nu Maan Watna Da’, ‘Jee Aayan Nu’ and of course ‘Yaaran Naal Baharaan’, Manmohan Singh has earlier worked extensively with Yash Raj Films .
