NRI, film maker, Kalpana Singh-Chitnis was awarded the silver medal for her 16-minutes short film 'Girl With An Accent' at the first Mumbai International Film Festival.

New movies are coming:

  • "God Bless America" in English and Hindi which is based on a true story on attacks on U.S.A.
  • "Kafan" in Hindi which is based on a story by Premchand.

BIO:

 

  • Kalpana was born in India. She moved to USA in 1994 and studied filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. She earned masters degree in Political Science and taught politics at Gaya college in India. Kalpana is also a writer, a poetess and has worked as an actress, model and TV announcer.
