Canada to formulate new policy for NRIs

MOGA: The Canadian government is formulating a new policy to sort out problems of NRI's, an official of Canadian government said on Wednesday.

The new policy would come into implementation after November 14, parliamentary secretary of government of Canada Gurbax Singh Malhi said.

"The Canadian government is committed to increasing people to people contact with India for developing meaningful relations between the two countries," Malhi said.

He said NRIs hailing from Punjab would be provided more facilities
