TAKE ACTION TO HELP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS! Share the Facts About Domestic Violence

  • Many people believe that domestic violence is male dominated and Statistics reveal that domestic violence affects both men and women. According to a Department of Justice report on the National Violence Against Women Survey, 1,510,455 women and 834,732 men per year are victims of physical violence by a spouse or loved one.
  • Studies also show these orders are granted mainly to woman and very rarely to men, even though nearly half of reported serious domestic violence is committed by women.
  • NRIs seeks to answer the question many people ask about women who are being abused: “Why does she stay?”
  • The National Association of Men and Women Committed to Ending Violence Against Women.
  • The point is abuse is illegal and should be treated as such regardless of the abused individual's gender or age.
  • The most important constitutional rights to property, home, income and even friends are stripped away as soon as a woman says the word “FEAR.”

Victim-Witness Program

The United States Attorney's Office is committed to ensuring that crime victims and witnesses are treated fairly by the criminal justice system. The federal criminal justice system cannot function without the participation of victims and witnesses.
Each United States Attorney's office has a Victim-Witness program which is staffed by at least one Victim-Witness Coordinator or Victim Advocate.

  • The goal of the Federal Victim-Witness Program is to ensure that victims and witnesses of federal crimes are treated fairly, that their privacy is respected, and that they are treated with dignity and respect
  • Victims are entitled to general information about the criminal justice process and notice of important case events
  • Victims are entitled to information about available services or other additional services

RESTRAINING ORDERS

The Domestic Violence Industry  is a $25 billion- Lawyers, and paralegals in women's shelters, call them "The Silver Bullet":

  • Restraining orders and some small doubtable allegations are the weapon of choice for attorneys. According to the Justice Department, two million restraining orders are issued each year in the United States, most of them based on allegations of domestic violence.  By getting these often kind of orders, men are put at an economic and emotional disadvantage and lawyers can sling mud at them every time they appear in court.
  • In Social media, today men are guilty of domestic violence until proven innocent due to decades of propaganda by minority radical feminist groups.
  • The Government funded training programs are all creating a mess in our system

Why should there be special one-sided laws  for women only?:

  • If Woman gets a restraining order first, you are immediately suspect and at a disadvantage.  Better Men should get a restraining order  first against women if there are sufficient grounds. If men get first and she also get later- then  you both have one they may cancel each other out a bit.
  • Most of the judges issue restraining orders on the bases of word "FEAR" when used  by any women against men. In some States, it is unconstitutional that requires the fear be “reasonable” and “proven.”   Again, most of  judges ignore these requirements.

Lawyers love these kind of cases because they have more legal fees and make it easy to keep the parties apart so no settlement is reached.
Politicians also get money and support from extreme feminists groups which get BILLIONS in federal funding through the Violence programs
