The Indian Overseas Congress, ( IOC) USA, will be conducting a UNITY WALK in NEW YORK from Times Square (47th St & Steps) to Union Square (Gandhi Statue) on Sunday, October 30th at 3:00 PM. The NEW YORK Yatra ( Walk) is inspired by Bharat Jodo Yatra, currently in progress, led by Shri. Rahul Gandhi emphasizing unity and peace in India and the sub-continent.
IOC, USA, an organization aligned with the ideals of the Congress party in India embedded in Democracy, Freedom, Human Rights, Justice, Equality, Inclusion , Diversity and related values and wisdom outlined in the Indian Constitution. IOC like many organizations and Institutions in our rapidly changing world, is concerned about growing polarization in politics, spread of hate, increasing authoritarian attitudes and various divisive forces that are threatening peace and prosperity world over.
