you call kidnaps if you take away your own child- Sad
story. However what bothers me is that no one is referring
to the daughter's rights. We all know that both the father
and the mother would love to have full custody. But what
about the daughter? Doesn't she need both of them? Quoting
laws and conventions is fine, but what about human laws.
They are not explicit but we as humans know it and understand
it. The mother is excellent in nurturing and the father
in protecting. How is Rahul going to fulfill his daughter's
nurturing needs? Isn't she just 3? And I am pretty sure
that she did not ask either of them to take her to Mumbai
or USA? Or that she wanted US/Indian citizenship. She is
a pawn in this bitter game and these two are going to make
a deep impact on her precious childhood. Well, watch out,
both of you, father and mother and their families, once
she grows up and starts thinking on her own, you all will
have an eternity to regret for not putting her priorities
first. Hope! you guys get some sense and resolve this sad

Hello, Mr. Gope Lalwani. I am so sorry to hear about your
story. I have been victim
of fraud by my "innocent Punjab Wife".
The only thing was that she began demanding divorce immediately
after the marraige even before migrating to USA. She tried
to get my mother arrested in Punjab but was unsuccessful
because my mother had come back to USA. I can't believe
people can fall that low for sake of money. My other brother's
wife was "innocent smart punjabi girl" who waited
until she got her citizenship to divorce him and ran away
with every single item that was in the house. She did not
even spare the utensils forget about the draining bank accounts
and took the gold away. Be careful from "innocent
girls" because they will empty your house, your
pocket, your bank account, and then they will go to India
to feed their hunger by filing false charges. My brother's
wife had threatened us that she will make false report agains!
These girls have no respect and not pity for anyone. We
all left the filth by migrating to clean countries like
USA and western Europe but our only crime is that we were
born in India.

I am not sure how I can help anyone because there is help
to look for. I have tried everything to try to get out of
this mess but now it seems like there is no way. I don't
expect any help from India side either because to me Indian
blood is so badly infected with corruption that there is
no line between good and bad. We can talk about the issue
but I am not sure if it will have an impact on anyone. I
have a suggestion, all the NRI who have been frauded by
their "innocent wives" can form a coalition and
write to the the immigration in USA and Canada and have
some kind of law passed that will prevent "female Indian
spouses" from filing false case against their NRI husbands
in India. The spouses who are citizen or Indian nationals
but live in US or Canada, can not and should not go to India
and file file cases against their husbands. Furthermore,
if they try to do it, they can be charged with extortion,
blackmail, and embezzlement, etc. I am not sure how this
would be possible. Looking for help in India is scary. Anyways,
let me know if I can be of further help. I am living in

get shocked because Mr. Rahul should not forgot that his
daughter Nishika one day becomes next Jital like her mom

Section 498A is agreed as "Legal Terrorism" by
the heads of supreme court. Then what could be the reason
for not correcting the loop holes in that particular section?
Why the punishment is not defined,
for the persons misusing the section 498A? Is it because,
