Govt. final order to extradite Maninder Pal Singh Kohli to UK
for murder and rape case of School Girl

Kamini Lau, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate holding
the order dated April 28 on Kohli's extradition to the UK after
the Indian government had favoured his deportation.
The Ministry of External Affairs had already declared that Maninder
Pal Singh Kohli was a "fugitive criminal" and his actions
of fleeing from one country to another country to avoid prosecution
made it a very clear case to extradite him to UK where he allegedly
committed the crime.
The Indian court had already decided to post the matter for May
14 for giving an opportunity to Kohli to respond to the stand
taken by the Ministry on the request of its British Government.
