  Believe it or not, my blood started boiling when I look that 10 years jail for murder. Now I realize that your Air India tragedy, this case was never solved because more than 90% NRIs were killed. They are never considered Canadians because they were NRIs or colored people. If actual Canadians were killed, there may had different results. In this case, Ranjit Brar was not considered as actual Canadian. His case was considered as NRI or colored guy. In USA, Indian doctor was sent to jail 4 years because of tax invasion. A man sent to jail for 3 years because he shot neighbor's dog and fine for damage the house

10 years jail for killing young man, God bless Canadian leaders specially NRI leaders who are sleeping. God also bless leaders who control Gurdwaras. • (3) Someone need to answer all these questions before the next elections ?

I think our Canadian justice system is encouraging criminals to commit more crime since all sentences are very minimal comparing to any other county in the world. I think in this case it is very sad that there were more criminals involved then just these three but the police have to bargain with the younger offenders to name these offenders and they won't be charged and will be taken as crowns witness. After that the police still did not want to work harder to gather more evidence against these three offenders and began bargaining with these three criminals to plea guilty to manslaughter. How does our public feel safe living in a country where our justice system cannot protect us, where police don't want to work and protect us? Every political party always promises the public to correct our justice system when it comes to election time but nothing ever happen after. We need our system to be more preventative. We need to put a stop ! to all these crimes increasing in every part of our cities. Police need to work harder, Politicians need to help the police if needed because every encounter I had with the police, there's always an excuse for police showing up after 1 to 2 hours after the crime and say there was something more serious then your case we had to attend. Why is that? Am I not paying enough taxes? Why was my case not serious? Who are the police to determine which case is more serious before arriving? Police should arrive within minutes after they receive a call about crime regardless of what type of crime. Do we not pay enough taxes to have enough police force in our cities? In Regards to Ranjit Brar killing, the family is definitely in shock to see what they were sentenced. It so devastating! We lost him and could not give him justice either! What kind of Justice is that? For taking someone life you can get away with 10 years. What is that?

Ranjit was such a gentle guy; he never had any problem with anyone. He did not deserve that!

Canada Justice is encouraging people to kill and commit more crime! The crime is defiantly increasing because of our Justice system. The message is out their, if you don't like someone, go kill, nothing is going to happen, you are going to be in jail for just maximum 10 year. That's all.

I have two kids, they are almost teenagers, when they asked me what happen to Ranjit Brar's murder and when I told them what they were sentenced they were shock to hear that! They said Mom, for killing someone the maximum jail term is only 10 year! That's all! They said we thought for killing someone you would have to be in jail for long time and that is nothing. That was the reposes I got from them! This is the message we are giving to our kids! We as family is really disappointed and really don't know what to do! • (1) Shame! Shame! It looks like, a Canada is a welfare Country.

Govt. of Canada is bringing people from all over the world to make money from them. Now very professional people are coming from India under point system but they don't know what kind of jobs they will get here and facing this kind of horrible crime. Who has this fault....Candian Govt......No No. It is our own people fault because they are very busy in materialistic values, making more and more Churches, Mandars and Gurdwaras.

I am sitting with other 4 friends in Toronto 25th floor apt. I can see snow, nice view of pine trees but no job. I paid enough money as fees to come here but still difficult part that amount to save before pack my suit case to go back to join my beautiful kids.
