Rex Trivid must be punished for cheating people with
false promises of employment in China (3_080806)

Dear Sir.
I am responding to the news “ Police arrested
Dr. Rex Trivedi for false promises of employment in
china dated 06-08-2006.
Thank you very much for hearing that the Cheater (Rex
Trivid / Rajesh Trivedi) is arrested. I congratulate
CCB team Asst. Commissioner Velladhurai, Inspector
Shivaji Arulselvam, Sub Inspector Murugan for arresting
these kinds of fraud persons and doing a good job
I am (xxx- name in our file) resident of Andhra Pradesh.
I was one of the victim cheated by Rex Trivid. I worked
for him for around 1yr from Mar-2005 to Jan-2006 at
Henan University of Technology, Zhengzhou with one
more expert (xxx) Mr. R C Tripathi. Presently I am
in India now.
I personally met him for the first time in Hotel Green
Park, Begampet Hyderabad in month of 06/07 Feb-2005.
He took my interview and misleaded me showing his
visiting cards, University of Mysore logo files, contract
papers etc. He asked me to deposit all my Original
certificates, Passport for Visa processing with him.
I believed him completely and send the same to Mr.
Kalra, Travel Agent in New Delhi. Rex promised me
that he will return my certificates in china after
Visa verification. Till today I did not get my certificates
from him.
Rex cheated me in all aspects. All my Original Certificates
from 10th Class to M.Phil Computer Science are with
him. I was sending e-mails, and calling by telephone
to Rex all these 8 months but they are of no use.
He never responds to me properly. Recently he asked
Rs. 5000 for sending my original certificates. I was
thinking to send it in this week but luckily I read
from news papers and media that he was arrested by
police with the complaint given by you. Thank you
very much.
Rex also cheated me in paying only 70% of salary agreed
salary and rest 30% he put it in his pocket. Once
I transferred my hard earned saving money of Rs. 35000
INR (equivalent money Yen) in his china Xingye bank
account requesting him to send it to India into my
friend's account. He transferred it after 2 months
of Rs. 25000 INR only. He has stolen my hard earned
money of Rs. 10000 also.
On 23 Nov 2005 Rex visited Henan University of Technology,
Zhengzhou, PR China and we organized a big function.
There he showed a fake video presentation. The highlights
of the DVD presentation was he is having photograph
with Chinese President Mr. Hu, American President
Mr. Bush, Ex. Foreign Minister of US Mr. Ronald, United
Kingdom Prime Minister Mr. Tony Blair etc. He also
showed the INFOSYS Corporate Office, Bangalore as
his is own IISE Office, a lecture standing before
the Rastrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi pretending that
the property belongs to him.
One of the dangerous colors that Rex showed is: Rex
not only puts Experts Teachers in university but also
he prints some text books and forces university people
to purchase it from him. The university people have
to sell all the text books to students. Each Text
book costs 60yen. Total money he should receive from
university may be around 80000 INR. Due to the lack
of quality in the books only few were sold out, and
others students did not purchase the text books but
Rex dumped a lot of text books into the university.
Later Rex claimed money for all the books he has dumped
into university and they denied. So, Rex ordered us
“not to take exams for students” until he
gets his money. We some how convinced Rex and took
exams. Again he ordered “not to release the exam
results until he gets his money”. This shows
his greedy and importance for money. He never cares
the careers of the 384 computer graduate students
in the university. How can the students pass his exams
if we did no!
t declare the result? We cared for the career of students
so we handover the award list, and valued answer scripts
to our Computer Dept. Dean personally and explained
the same situation to Dean and Director of the University
before we left China.
He used to threaten and abuse us with unparliamentarily
words that he will not send India in the last months
and he also created mental tensions to us. Please
believe that I spent lot of rest less nights worrying
about my original certificates and my career. People
like Rex should be punished by law. Really it is very
insult to India to have such type of person where
they put down our Indian glory before Chinese. Due
to the people like Rex we are losing the self respect
of our Nation in Foreign Countries This should not
be encouraged.
I Request you to make justice for me and a lot of
people who are affected by Rajesh Trivedi/ Rex Trivid.
Please guide me how I can contact and cooperate with
Police.
