NRI association received 100s emails from Indian
professional (teachers) in China through NRIinternet.com,
Read this:
We around 15 Indian Experts [NRIs] who are in
great trouble by the person who sent to work. A
person named Rajesh Trivedi [S/o Lakhan Pal Trivedi
Passport Nos: F-6161809 & Z-073904 ] introduced
himself as Dr.Rex Trivad, President of Indian Institute
of Software Engineering and Director of Mysore University.
He recruited many people to work in china as software
experts in various universities. When he selected
he told its a government project of cooperation
between mysore university and chinese universities.
He took all our original certificates and a PDC
of 300000 rs as a security deposit.
But when we arrived in china we found we are
working for him, there is nothing to do with mysore
university. He is paying very less salary than what
he agreed which is just enough for our daily living.
In that too he deducts 30% everymonth saying he
will return when leave for india.
We found he has cheated each everyone who comes
here by not returning their certificates and money.
But no one could do something in india as his name
Dr.Rex Trivad is a fake one and the address what
he gives for his company is also a fake one in New
Delhi. When we finished our contract with him when
we asked our certificates and money back he asked
to go back without asking anything. When we asked
again he start threatening to put in prison in some
fake cases as he has power and references both in
india and china. We are completely clueless as we
are not getting enough cooperation from local authorities.
We sent several mails to Mysore University Vice
Chancellor but no reply from anywhere.
We are in great trouble now as neither we have
enough money to go back india nor we can do something
against him. We need somebody's help to guide us.
We are all from lower middle class, Our families
depend on us. Now when we get cheated really we
dont know what to do and where to go.
Please somebody help us. Please somebody guide
us how to get our money and certificates back.
We will be really very greatful for that.

We received above email that also included about
seven names and telephones in China. We are not
disclosing their names due to security reasons.

to confirm this cheating story. We confirm with

And he told he is sending on a cooperation project
between mysore university and chinese universities,
its a non-profit project. We trusted him as he shown
his visiting card with mysore university logo. He
told that he need all our original certificates
from schooling to PG to verify for Visa. None of
us come to China before so we trusted that. He asked
to submit the passports and certificates by courier
to the above delhi address with contact person name:
Mr.Harwinder Kalra. So most of us send our original
certificates and passports by courier, and few gave
him in his hand at the time of interview. And he
also took a Security Deposit PDC of Rs.300000 from
few of us.
After few days we got a call to come delhi and
collect the passport and ticket. This guy Mr.Harwinder
Kalra gave our passport stamped and air-ticket and
never said anything about certificates. We couldnt
meet the guy Rex as
he shows everytime very busy and have no time to
meet.
When we come to china what we have seen there is
nothing to do with any university of india here.
Infact here its personal business in the name of
Mysore University and other universities. He visits
the universities and shows a fake and fraud presentation
[VCD] about himself and about IISE and makes contract
with them for sending teachers and ask for heavy
salaries and course fee [atleast for one teacher
he earn Rs.8 lacs PA]. But gives even not 15% of
that to us. He is not paying the salary what he
promised. Even in that he is deducting every month
30% as security deposit and said he will
return back when we leave.The salary what he gives
is just enough for our daily living. He is cheating
also in Exchange rate. Our agreed salary is in Rupees.
He is paying RMB at the rate of 1 RMB = 6 Rs where
as the actual rate is 5.5 rs now, earlier it was
only 5.3 rs. By this also we lost so much money.
We found his all frauds after coming here in china
but we are forced to work as our certificates and
money is with him. In this IISE there is no one

expert named Mr.Vineet Jaiswal when he was in china.
He cheated each and every person whom he sends
here. When the contract with him finishes he will
never return back their certificates and money.
He evennever gives even return ticket to them. When
the contract finishes he ask
them to come to Chengdu [He says his head office
in China] and there everything will be settled.

flat.He meets some girls in various cities and makes
them false promises of marriage and good future
overseas, they do everything for him like arranging
meeting with new universities and translation, etc.
Who ever left from China after finishing their
contract could never get any ind of money or certificates
from this guy.
I list few names who left for india and most of
them are still waiting and in deep problems and
jobless.
Ramachandra Rao, Vineet Jaiswal, Sreekanth, Rishikesh
patankar, Ashutosh Pant, Shiva Prasad, Ashok Dash,
james rock marianathan, Ramesh Tripathi, shibhu
george, sumit arora, garima agarwal and rohit.
When this guys reached delhi and visited that delhi
address, Mr.harwinder kalra strictly denied of any
relation with rex and told they are just travel
agents for them. When they make a call on his mobile
phone he start threatening them and
start showing his power and references. And told
do whatever you can. These people try to complain
with the police authorities but of no use as his
name Dr.Rex Trivad is a fake one and also the addresses
what he gives are fake.
Those people didnt have enough evidences like his
original name/his passport nos then they couldnt
do anything. Neither anyone could find him, Nobody
knows where he lives whats his residential address
or any detail.
We came to know 2 guys Rishikesh Patankar &
Ashok Das have already registered a Complaint agaist
him With the Indian Embassy in Beijing Last year,
but we do not what was the result of that.
Few of these people have told us everything about
him, but we couldnt do anything as we were bound
with our contract and certificates and money.
We finished our contract with him already and when
we asked our certificateshe did the same what he
did earlier with others. He asked us to go back
india without asking anything otherwise he will
put us in prison in some false cases as he has so
much power in China that even he can kill us.
In China he never let us meet with other colleagues
and strictly warn to communicate with any other
employees. Thats why even we do not know how many
others still suffering because of him in china except
us.
Somehow we people could get to know each other
and as we are all on the same boat get united and
trying to find as many proofs as possible. So far
we could succeed in getting his passport numbers
and his false Presentation[VCD] where he shows some
govt buildings in india as his own IISE institute
and fake photos [MIXED WITH] George Bush, Hu Jin
Tao, etc.

spares shop in chennai which his wife [Darpana Trivedi]
and his Sister Renu Trivedi takes care of. He also
have some business in Bangkok as a sleeping partner.
