The luggage of a non-resident Indian was stolen from the Palam Airport. The victim, Rajesh Trivedi, had come to Delhi from Chennai on a private airlines flight on August 22. He found that one of his bags was missing when he went to collect his luggage from the conveyor belt.

Trivedi lodged a complaint with the Delhi Police on Thursday and stated that his bag contained his laptop, a digital camera, a watch and some documents. Trivedi said he had approached the airlines officials as also the airport staff. "But they kept reassuring him that they will find his bag. Fed up of the officials not doing anything, he approached the police and lodged a FIR of theft,” said an official.
