‘Top 5 Under 35’ at ‘Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business’ awards

Sundeep Bhan was recognized as the ‘Top 5 Under 35’ at the ‘Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business’ awards at the New York Hilton and Towers, on June 30, 2004

As President and CEO of Medsite, Inc., Sundeep Bhan is responsible for driving the business vision, strategy and value growth of the company. Bhan has been instrumental in establishing Medsite as one of the leading online pharmaceutical marketing and services companies in the healthcare sector, and in securing over $85 million in financing from a range of blue chip investors.

Before founding Medsite, Bhan served as President of Oblisk Interactive, LLC, a healthcare software company. Before founding Oblisk, Bhan managed software development at Intermedia Software, working with several leading information companies including Kaplan, TV Guide, and Consumer Reports. Overall, Bhan has over nine years of experience in IT and Healthcare.

Bhan received his B.A. in Communications in 1994 from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in business from the Wharton School of Business.

Bhan currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medsite. Bhan is Director of the Board of Matthews Medical, a distributor of medical books, supplies and software and also serves on the Advisory Board of the eMarket World organization. Bhan was a finalist for the Ernst and Young 2000 "Entrepreneur of the Year" award and a recipient of the Project Impact Creating a Voice Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to American Community Affairs. Bhan has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences on healthcare and the Internet and has served as a guest lecturer for the Goergen Entrepreneurial Management Program at the Wharton School.
