Mumbai real estate rate hits new high
The latest high in Mumbai's real estate market -
one square foot for a whopping Rs 41,000.
The property in question - the Wadia Residence in
midtown Worli Sea Face.
The deal fetched over Rs 31 crore for the three-story
house.
According to sources the Samudra Mahal apartment
has been purchased by an NRI diamond merchant.
The most expensive residential property sale in Mumbai
till date was an apartment in Makers Chambers in South
Mumbai that sold for Rs 40,000 per square foot in
January.
