Greater Noida and Noida Board decided to increase plot rates

The Noida Board has decided to increase the plot rate for both the industrial and residential sectors, considering the tremendous demand by the public

• Residential plot were hiked from Rs 4500 to Rs 7500 per sqm
• Industrial rates were hiked from Rs 3200 to Rs 4000
• Institutional rates were hiked from Rs 4000 to Rs 5000.

The Noida Board has also approved 4 flyovers and a golf course and renamed the NRI City as Express City.

The Greater Noida Board has decided to increase:

• The residential and commercial plot rates were hiked by 15 per cent
• The industrial and institutional rates were hiked by 10 per cent.
