entered MoU with Kolkata-based Sunsam Properties
for a Rs 1,500 crore township project in Kolkata.
According to our sources, the project would
be near about 100 acres, including housing and
an information technology park.The group approached
the government for identifying land for the
project. Land for the project could be in Rajarhat
or any other prime location
