Rami Ranger becomes member of the British Empire

NRI industrialist Dr. Rami Ranger, was today
made a member of the British empire for his
services to business and to the British Asian
community.
He was born in 1947 to a Sikh family in Gujranwala
(now in Pakistan). Dr Ranger was the youngest
of eight children. His father was Shaheed Nanak
Singh, a prominent leader in Multan who campaigned
against the partition of India.
After graduating from Punjab University in
1971 Dr Ranger arrived in the UK where he worked
in the fast food industry and an early business
venture.
In 1987 he started his company Sea Air and
Land from a shed with a capital of just 2 pounds.
In 1995 he started his marketing company Sun
Oil Ltd. Both companies have gone from strength
to strength. .
As well as representing top British companies
such as Unilever, Nestle, Mcvities, Beechams,
Mars and Cadburys in certain markets he also
produce his own range of quality products, which
are just as good as the market leader, and are
competitively priced. He market his products
under the brands of Laser, Golden Country, Royalty,
Pure Heaven, English Breeze, Flower Garden,
Sabina, Summer Fine, Connect, & Deadly.
These brands are becoming increasingly popular
in the markets he have introduced them to and
the brand names are synonymous with quality
and outstanding value for money.
The company has received the prestigious Queens
Award for Export Achievement and Dr Ranger is
a recipient of the Asian Achiever Award.
He believe very strongly that he should do
all that he can in helping the customers to
succeed in ever-competitive business environments.

British Isles.
