HUNDREDS OF SIKHS PROTESTED AGAINST KAMAL NATH'S VISIT TO UK

Hundreds of Sikhs under the banner of Sikh Federation, UK protested the visit of Indian Minister Kamal Nath to the United Kingdom and chanted slogans on the periphery of Regent's Park outside the London Business School, UK.

The demonstration was not at all subsided even though Kamal Nath didn't attend the conference. Jagtar Singh, an advisor to Sikh Federation, UK stated that "They decided to go ahead anyway because the police would not confirm that Kamal Nath would not attend."

During the demonstration against Kamal Nath, Professor Sir Andrew Likierman, Dean of London Business School spoke to the Sikhs and took the postcards presenting the clear evidence against Kamal Nath's role in November 1984 Sikh Genocide to distribute in the conference. 

 In the coming weeks, Senior Advocate HS Phoolka will be taking the first case against Indian Minister Kamal Nath through the Delhi courts.

Sikh Community In Toronto Protest Kamal Nath's Visit to Canada

Minister Kamal Nath is accused of human rights violations for being a leader in India’s 1984 genocide of 3,000 Sikhs and the displacement of over 300,000 Sikhs.  On November 1st 1984 Kamal Nath was a member of Parliament and was witnessed leading an armed mob in which many of Sikh were burnt alive during an attack on a Sikh temple in New Delhi, according to NRI media
