In addition to these brands the Groups showrooms also offer various diamond jewellery that appeal to the different segment of the jewellery buying population. All the showrooms of Alukkas Jewellery have a good collection of Platnium jewellery. Pearl jewellery made out of cultured pearls is another jewellery offering that enrich the jewellery collection in the showroom of the Group. The Joy Alukkas Group has also ventured into a novel concept in Kerala, India - The Wedding Centres. These centres offer dresses and dress materials for the bride along with bridal jewellery in gold and diamonds. The first of this wedding centre was opened at Angamali close to the Cochin International Airport in Kerala. Wedding centre at Thiruvalla once again proved that people of Kerala has welcomed this concept. Another unique idea of the group has been implemented in Kerala - the diamond boutique. Small compact exclusive outlets inside five star hotels and resorts offering diamonds, platinum and pearl jewellery. The first boutique in this new concept called 'Dazzle' has been opened in the Taj Residency at Marine Drive, Cochin, Kerala. Apart from Cochin, 'Dazzle' is now in Kottayam, Angamaly and Coimbatore. In jewellery retailing, the Joy Alukkas Group has plans to open new showrooms in Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The Group also has plans to open new showrooms in Newyork, London and Singapore. Apart from its core business of jewellery retailing, the Joy Alukkas Group has interest in Hotels and Hospitals.
