Bal Sidhu worked as an engineer at various engineering positions in Xerox in Canada before getting started on his own businesses at Los Angeles. Now he owns multiple store Franchisee for 7-Eleven 2001 – 2015.
In Canada, he was Human rights Commissioner for Ontario Human rights Commission 1996-1999. He also represented Sikh community in multi-ethnic panel of Ontario Government, Canada.
