Punita Pandey is the founder, chairman and CEO of
netCustomer, Inc. She guides the vision, direction,
and execution strategy at netCustomer. Punita saw
a great opportunity in marrying the collaborative
power of the Internet with the efficiencies of the
offshore delivery model to seamlessly extend complex
business operations. Leveraging over 16 years of experience
in software development, call centers, Internet startups,
and globalconsulting, Punita founded netCustomer in
1999. Ms. Pandey is a visionary who conceptualized
the offshore eService delivery model to bring operating
efficiencies to global corporations. Prior to founding
netCustomer, Ms. Pandey held management and engineering
positions at Healtheon, Deloitte Consulting, Tandem
Computers, and McDonnell Douglas.
