NRI, launch Rs 100cr, luxurious apartments project in India

US Houston-based "Mint Homes" construction company,
announced to build four towers with 136 luxurious apartments at
Sowripalayam in Coimbatore, ranging from 1,401 to 2,078 square
feet, with price ranging from Rs. 49 lakh to Rs. 73 lakh.
The company Director, Raj Natarajan is in India now and said
that the project will cost Rs 100-crore, on 2.785 acres of land,
with European neo-classical and magnificent white buildings. It
would be completed by December 2009. He is looking the land for
developing 250-acre townships in Coimbatore and also in Mysore,
Karnataka. He have also plans included development of resorts,
promotion of eco-tourism and organic farming.
Since his company was a zero debt company, it has to take up
one project at a time as the business was self supporting. The
Coimbatore office would be made the headquarters to carry out
future Global business.
NRI Raj Natarajan is a founder of the Rs. 300 crore company and
his wife Rufi Natarajan look after the business as the President
of Mint Homes Company in Houston. She is a licensed real estate
broker for the state of Texas since 1991. Ms. Natarajan is a graduate
of the University of Missouri - Columbia, with a masters degree
in history.
