Dr. Munish Raizada lauds the Step of Sealing Sheesh Mahal

Bharatiya Liberal Party (BLP) President,  Dr. Munish Raizada, has welcomed the step of sealing the Sheesh Mahal. “Finally, Sheesh mahal was sealed and CM Atishi was thrown out. This should have happened earlier, however it is never 

too late. During the auspicious period of Navratri, LG took the right decision,” said Dr. Munish Raizada, BLP President.  

Stating that Bharatiya Liberal Party was the first one to raise the issue of corruption in Sheesh mahal. “BLP was the first party which highlighted that the Sheesh mahal was built on taxpayer’s money and Rs 45 crores were spent for its renovation by corrupt Arvind Kejriwal,” Dr. Raizada said.

Dr. Munish Raizada highlighted the fact that the Sheesh mahal was built during the time of Covid, when people of Delhi were dying and suffering miserably. “Sheesh Mahal was built during Covid when the people were suffering and dying left, right and center. During that time, corrupt Kejriwal involved the PWD department and invoices of less than Rs 10 Lakh were generated so that the permission from jailed former PWD minister, Satyendar Jain would not have to be obtained,” 

Dr. Munish Raizada said. Dr. Raizada also said that after coming to power, BLP will convert Sheesh Mahal into a tourist destination and use the funds collected from it as scholarship for the education of girls from underprivileged backgrounds. 

BLP welcomes the step of sealing the Sheesh mahal, which was built because of Kejriwal’s lust for extravagance and lavishness, Dr. Raizada concluded.
