• We give one year exclusive rights in each city to serve our NRI community. If we get any complaint, our contract null and void

No business can run without revenue. Dot com domains are very difficult to get these days. For example doctor.com, dentist.com, hospital.com, hotel.com ...may have market value between 5 to 20 million dollars each one.

Long time ago, we block most of the popular names with NRIs such as NRIdoctors.com, NRIdentists.com, NRIhospitals.com, NRIhotels.com. We are getting lot of enquiries for these web sites to sell but our strategy is to make NRI network. Our purpose of this network is to select one business in each city of India under each web site to serve NRI community with quality services

Most of the NRIs need quality service in India from dentists, hotels ....to travel agencies. They also need banquet hall, DJ or jewel lars when they married their children in India. Business people need accountants, lawyers and computers when they are establishing their business in India

This example is for the State of Punjab with Map

Under NRIdoctors.com web site and Punjab chart, we will take one doctor in Gurdaspur, one doctor in Kapurthala , one doctor in Hoshiarpur......so on. In big cities like Ludhiana and Amritsar, we can take one doctor in north area, one in south, one in east and one in west. It means we can take more than 20-25 doctors in Punjab

In Punjab State, we have 20 Cities. Each City will have 30 web site to fill up. It means in Punjab State, 20 Cities X 30 web site = 600 business entities in our data and will participate in NRI Punjab Business Association.

All 600 members under "NRI Punjab Business Association"- they will business each other, promote each other, and get together every year for Christmas or new year's party.

Secondly, all Punjab business affiliate members will get business as referral from our NRI's network.Our readers will also contact them diectly.

Is $180.00 a year membership costly?. Not really, think about this:

• If they hosting their web site, it cost $15-$20 per month just to run. Still they have to spend lot of money for advertisement to click their web site by customers
• All business owners will be trusted more under network because they are bounded for excellent services to NRI customers.
• We are giving exclusive rights in their city to get NRI customers
• Our network and readers will send NRIs to their doors
• Advertisement will be free to reach millions worldwide

Proposal 1

If you own any business and like to control only particular one web site in your State, then you have to set up network in all cities, responsible for all revenue and referral fees collection of this web site

Example:

• If you are a doctor and living in Ludhiana, you like to control whole Punjab by making your network with other doctors in each city
  
  OR

• If you are a jeweler and have shop in Ludhiana, you like to control whole Punjab by making your jeweler's network with other jeweler in each city
  
  OR
• Even you are not in any business and you are entrepreneur, you can go this business but you must have knowledge of this network

Proposal 2

• If you are entrepreneur and like to control all 30 web sites in your State then you have to set up all network, responsible for all revenue and referral fees collection of all 30 web sites in your State

• If you are entrepreneur and like to control only particular one web site in whole India then you have to set up all network and responsible for all revenue and referral fees collection of this web site.

• If you are entrepreneur and like to control all 30 web sites in whole Country then you have set up all network, responsible for all revenue and referral fees collection of all 30 web sites.

 

NOTE:

• You can select any one of our four proposals
• Your contract will be minimum for one year and will be continued if both parties agreed to renew this contract.
• We also set up referral fees. For example, any real estate agent send a business to another agent, he or she will get 25% as referral fees. This is general practice in North America. Why cannot we do in India between you and NRIs.? This Internet technology will allow us to do it and we are in the process to establish it
