The majority of associations are established on the basis of religion, language, profession, or Country. In 2007, we incorporated the NRI CALIFORNIA BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, INC in California to bring the NRI (non-resident Indians) business community under one roof.

NRI CALIFORNIA BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, INC (NCBA) maintains its Constitutional Objectives:

• Representing the NRI Business and Professional Community of California on issues impacting the NRI Community and/or the Community in general.
• Designed to promote members helping members:
  • Providing a forum for networking amongst the Members of NCBA and encouraging the transaction of business amongst members of NCBA on a local, national and international level.
• Being a leading business and professional association in California, of which all constituent members and the NRI business community in general can be proud.
• Soliciting and receiving donations, bequests, legacies and grants to establish and maintain a fund or funds.
• Disbursing all or part of the capital of the fund or funds and their income to carry out of the objectives of NCBA
• Supporting cultural, educational and charitable endeavors

Exclusive rights for “30 web site Mega Project”

NRI CALIFORNIA BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, INC (NCBA) have made agreement with Globex Tech Inc. of Michigan for Exclusive rights for “30 web site Mega Project” for advertisement and revenue. Globex Tech Inc. has 50:50 partnership with NRI CALIFORNIA BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, INC (NCBA).

In 2009, NRIpress.com. Inc. started operation to promote news media worldwide. Now Globex Tech Inc. is a shareholder of NRIpress.com. Inc. The Board of Directors of NRI CALIFORNIA BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, INC (NCBA) will negotiate with Globex Tech Inc. for new agreement that how all entities shall get mutual benefits.

Membership:

Membership is open to anyone who owns a business or involve in service industry in California. Yearly membership is valid for twelve months from the month in which the membership is processed. They can join at any time.

• Diamond Member:
  • Seven founders (shareholders) as mention above. (voting power)
    
• Gold Member: (maximum 15)
  • Shareholders, Board of Directors and officers of the company. (voting power)
  • They will responsible for ten membership for listing in 30 web site mega project, every year
    
• Silver Member: Who paid for listing on our 30 web site mega project.

Membership Benefit:

All memberships include an annual directory of our members, which include name, email, and address. This directory allows members to find others in their area for contact. If they wish to protect their privacy, they may choose to have their address information withheld (select the "No" checkbox on the membership form). In this case, only their name will be listed in the directory

7. Advertisement Incentive on news media : Any referral advertisement on home page of NRIinternet.com or on NRIpress.com –up to 30 percent commission will be provided
