Our mission is to create a platform for all NRI businesses so as to benefit each business and businessman, in a prolific way. We want NRI businesses
to be recognized all over the world and be so strong and powerful that we are for ever holding the unbreakable stage.

Our NRI Business concept touches Business Development, Social Media, Community Service, Strength & Leadership. Our objective is to expand Economic
Opportunities for our NRI (non-resident Indians) community in California, Cater to all Employment Opportunities which our NRIs can avail of.
Provide Service to NRI's covering Health, Community Development, Real Estate, Financial Funding, Car Dealerships, Hotels, Insurance etc.. 

Objectives:

  1.  Encourage the Execution of Business Transactions among Members of NBA on a Local, National, and International level.
  2. Representing the NRI Business and Professional Community of California on issues impacting the NRI Community and/or the Community in General,
    from the Professional, Cultural, Educational, and Charitable     Standpoint.
  3. Being a Leading Business and Professional Association in California, all constituent members and the NRI business community in general,
    the community at large in particular, can be proud of.
  4. Encourage our NRI Second Generation to become involved with the events and seminars pertaining to our community and recognizing their chances
    of enhancement professionally and culturally in the society.

NCBAC seminar: 

·       Seminar will include but not limited to:

  1. Around 200-250 Entrepreneurs, professionals and  big and small business owners
  2. Invitees will be top  NRI  CEOs, successful business owners and politicians as speakers
  3. Involvement of the second generation- NRI young students and young professionals to participate in the seminars with an objective to encourage
    them to control the events in future.

Our California Organizational chart shows the structure of an organization as well as the relationships and relative ranks of its positions- including structure, control systems, incentives, processes, culture and people. We must consider:

  • How Our Organizational Functions Affect Its Organizational Structure.
  • How our Company' Organizational Structure Can Impact Its Global Market Plans.

Requirements and optionals:
  1. Resident of LA area:   If you live within 100 miles of the  LA area, you are eligible to participate in this project
  2. Essential Computer Knowledge: the basic computer knowledge is essential for this project
  3. Each member must bring 3 advertisement from their circle.
    • 25%  referral will be paid after 3 advertisements
      • Advertisement source: Individual connection or sponsorship for 30 websites news or as a group approach or NRIpress.com
        help/ or by writing article of individual
  4. NBAC Monthly Meeting:  Every member of the NBCA is strongly encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. Members shall attend
    at least three meetings per year and not miss four consecutive meetings.
    • Dinner shall be paid by our  advertisement revenue pool
  5. Press Coverage of each Event:  In monthly meeting, it will be decided-who will make coverage of any event, entertainment shows  
    and press release within 24 hours
