Name of this Article: MIL problems

I do not think all MILs are tormentors. Women have to understand that majority of MILs are possessive and forget their own time being a young wife. As educated young women today are smart, they should have patience and try to get to know their MILs and instead of her feeling she is "losing a son" , make her feel she has gained a daughter. Also please enter a new home by giving your MIL a chance. It takes many years for friendships to form and trust to be established but only a harsh word or two to break relationships.

So when your MIL is giving you a hard time, remember to be patient as this will maintain your self respect, the respect of your parents and your husband. Someday your MIL will realise her harshness toward you and you should try to resolve issues with her through polite conversation and not gossiping with your parents or friends. This will resolve problems faster.
