We came to Shaifali Aggarwal(IBM professional)
from Munirka New Delhi has but the false dowry case
against her husband and she went to abroad Sweden
after filling the case and poor husband was running
after the police and Court.I also came to know that
this was all preplanned and brainchild behind that
was Shaifali Aggarwal father Mr. RP Aggarwal and old
time friend of them Shiela Bansal lawyer by profession.
One thing I have gathered about the DOWRY CASE against
498A there is no patch up till date once this case
is filled by Lady. It is grossly misused by women
these days. Only educated women are taking advantage
and missusing it and needy ones from small town and
villages dont even know about it.
I have seen this 498A is missused too by Software
professionals Like Shaifali Aggarwal, who has more
inclination towards career and hardlly care of any
thing at home side. For their career they can do any
thing even heinous crime of filling false dowry case.
I dont know where the Indian Society is heading.
