from Munirka,New Delhi.Software engineer by profession
and theratened to file case against her husband and
family just a day before going to abroad, Sweden.And
Later when husband applied for divorce after no reply
from Shaifali Aggarwal from Sweden ,she came for a
day to Bangalore and filled a case under Section 498A
and went back again to sweden.
Such is the our System...Husband now running after
police and court.Police extracted handsome money.
She didnt got any witness for filing report.Shaifali
Aggarwal D/0 Shri Shri RP Aggarwal,Working in Power
of Ministry called her Mausi Sheela Bansal(Advocate)
as a witness ,who never saw the husband and police
cooly accpted the FIR and later called the police
and extracted money from husband.
If any Judge is listening show some mercy to such
