This is damaging India a lot, In this lot of national
wastage and harassment to people involved.
1) All the expenses from the girls side are funded
by the government. (Government fights on behalf of
the girl without verifying the truthness of the complaint)
2) Think of the cost involved from tax payers money,
Per year for 30,000 false cases 30,000 Judges, 30,000
IO officers and 30,000 Public Prosecutors (Govt Advocates)
in addition to the required court staff, court premisses
cost and all other incidental cost. Is paid from the
taxpayer money. Such doctrine laws are made by the
political to get the votes by catching the false sympathy,
giving the wrong picture in front of the public.
3) There are more cases of DOWRY (Son's Own Wealth
Released for You) harassment using the legal measns
just to get the money from husband and harassed the
age old mother in laws and father in law's and sisters.
In urban India 90% of the reported DOWRY cases are
nothing but DOWRY cases False reported due to this
easy way offered by the govt. to blackmail the in-laws.
4) Aged old in-laws straight land in jail for years
together, without any investigation. For easy money
from husband and in-laws.
5) One interesting fact to note is that all these
so called dowry cases are lodged against only reach
husbands and there parents. Which itself revels the
true side of the story. As these people have good
money and so the greedy wife lodges false dowry cases,
gets good amount of money for her entire life and
settles with her ex-lover.
Nice way to enjoy the life.
In India there is no respect for hard earning people.
As you are busy with earning for bloody politician
(30%tax), bloody wives (False dowry/maintaince cases)
and hardly anything left for you. So It is better
