Who knows the trye story behind Nisha Sharma, If
he story is true why the case is not completed, dowry
is illegal and it has to be stoped, these legal provisons
should not be used to harrase the innocent check,
the other side of the story in nisha case, what munish
dalal wants to say, check it, and let the court find
the truth, why there is media trial of so huge, why
is media is interfering and influsing the judgement
and coming to conclusion, let the tria complete and
guilty should get punished. in Munish Dalala is guilty
let him get punished, and if Nisha is gulity let she
get punished, for accsing false also and fooling the
govt. And using tax payers money and legal provisions
for her own benifit.
same way the alimony or mainatince , 50% of husbands
income is illgal and it should be stoped , both are
earning and both have equal rights in there respective
paraentes property. So either both spouse should have
equal rights in each others property, there should
be no right at all in each others proerty , it should
be treated as personal proerty. howevre kids mush
have rights in property of both parents.
