I was looking for a way out from this type of situation
as u have mention in this artical. My family is also
going through this humiliation for the past two years.
Two years ago, my Brother-in-law's wife registered
a false complaint against my mother-in-law. In that
complaint she said that everybody is harressing her
for dowery. Even though now everybody knowns that
she does not want to marry at all. Before marriage
a boy came to meet my brother-in-law and told him
about his feeling for that girl. When my SalaSahab
told his father-in-law about this then his father-in-law
and the girl both denied and said that this is the
handiwork of some local boys and my Salasahab just
believed in that.
Now the case is in the court and she is asking for
a componsation of 10 lakh and claiming gold about
13 to 20 tola which she received through gift from
her in-law's side and claiming as stridhan.
In some part of the case it has been established
that she is lying still she is levelling charges one
by one. there is nothing we can do. there should be
a law that if someone level false charges he or she
should be punished. Without that there is 99% chances
that we are going to lose this case and pay componsation.
