section to book whoever being named on the complaint...
Indian society and institution
of marriage is in dangerously jeopardy..I believe
pace of law makers in deciding the things and bringing
amendments is par from phase at which society is moving
currently in INDIA. It is high time that they should
start deciding various things and bringing amendments
fastly into various sections and laws.I know that
I will be the future victim of this section, though
I am preparing to assimilate it and taking various
actions..Think about a normal urban man in India,
how he is facing his marital life ...every day in
resentment ...
