AVTAR SINGH HIT DEMANDS WHITE PAPER ON NOVEMBER
84 RIOTS- SLAMS SONIA RAHUL FOR SHIELDING SAJJAN AND TYTLER
Chandigarh November 21, 2008
The specter of misdeeds of Congress goons today started haunting
Congress leadership again as BJP-SAD candidate S. Avtar Singh Hit
from Rajouri Garden today demanded a White Paper on progress of
84 riots cases.
Addressing rallies in Khayala, Vishnu Garden, Tagore Garden and
Mukharjee Park here today Mr. Hit regretted that Congress was intentionally
rubbing salt on the wounds of Punjabi victims of 84 riots by projecting
Congress goons Sajjan Singh and Jagdish Tytler, to put fear in the
minds of 84 riot witnesses and Punjabi voters. He said that Congress
gameplan gets exposed from the fact that Amod Kanth then DCP responsible
for harassing 16 innocent Sikhs has been awarded with a Congress
ticket now.
Mr. Hit said that BJP that stood with the Sikh brethren during
the difficult days of 84 riots were committed to expose the double-face
of Congress party on 84 riots.
Mr. Hit said that it was unfortunate chapter in the history of
international jurisprudence that in the largest democracy of the
World, killers of over 4000 innocent Sikhs could not be punished
even after 24 years of crime. He said that congress was intentionally
creating hurdles in the way of trials of 84 riots so that its blue-eyed
leaders like Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler could escape the long
arm of law. Mr. Hit charged that independent witnesses living abroad
were being threatened by Congress leaders to stop their deposition
before Indian Courts.
He said that vigilant voters of Delhi can see through the game-plan
of Congress party and were committed to wipe out fascist Congress
party from the electoral scene of Delhi, to teach it a lesson for
its misdeeds in 84 riots.
BJP and Akali cadre acting in unison under the leadership of Sh.
Arun Jaitely, Sh. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, S. Sukhbir Singh Badal and
S. Bikram Singh Majithia are campaigning door to door day and night
to seek support and vote for BJP and SAD candidates and to unseat
the corrupt and in efficient congress government.
Besides this, all Punjab Ministers including Chief Parliamentary
Secretaries and MLAs along with local BJP leaders and workers are
constantly on 'Padyatra' in the dingy lanes of colonies seeking
vote for change. There is tremendous enthusiasm in Delhi voters
to get rid of Sheila Dikshit Government and ensure landslide victory
to BJP-SAD combine.
AVTAR SINGH HIT DEMANDS CVC ENQUIRY IN MISAPPROPRIATION
OF DEVELOPMENT FUNDS MEANT FOR RAJOURI GARDEN
Chandigarh November 21, 2008
Avtar Singh Hit BJP-SAD candidate for Rajouri Garden seat today
sought an independent enquiry by Central Vigilance Commission in
the misappropriation of development funds meant for Rajouri Garden
area by Dayanand Chandela Congress candidate and two councilors
from his family.
He said that it was strange that contractor company of Dayanand
Chandela family was allocated most of the development works and
they have pocketed all the funds without spending a single penny
on the development of this area.
Mr. Hit charged that vigilant voters of Rajouri garden area were
itching to punish Dayanand Chandela family for denying development
to this area and embezzling all development funds through their
construction companies and front psudo companies.
He said that since last 10 years people of Rajouri garden were
living in a hell as roads and lanes were carpeted just on paper.
He said that sewerage of this area was chocked and not upgraded
to cater to the needs of rising population. Electricity company
BSES by installing fast running meters and without supplying any
power during peek hours made the lives of Rajouri garden miserable.
Blaming Congress Government for 'Gunda Raj' in capital, Mr. Hit
said that it was unfortunate that bank robberies, chain snatching,
murders of senior citizens, bikers gang and during the ten years
regime of Sheila Dikshit has reflected one fact that no body in
Delhi was safe.

would fight for legitimate rights of Delhi ensuring its accelerated
